I love rice, I eat an absurd amount of it! My favorite ways to eat it are with curry, stir fried with veggies, or as risotto (mushroom risotto is bomb).
I also adore arroz con leche, I mix it with cinnamon, raisins, and occasionally a tiny bit of vanilla.

I like fried chicken and rice, with lots of soy sauce and some eggs.
Or chicken and rice soup. Yum.
Or, if I only have rice, I'll put some soy sauce and ginger over it and call it a day. If I'm really, really lazy/and or tired, I'll just put some butter and salt on it lol.

I love rice! Oh man, spicy rice with sausage, shrimp and beans is the best. Another dish I like making with rice is risotto, I like to use a bit of cream cheese and extra lemon in my own. Honestly even just straight up rice is good, especially wild and brown rice. Rice is just good y'all, it's so versatile for dishes.

Midwest US here and my favorite way to eat rice is 'souped up', basically I just put the rice in hot soup instead of water to cook it. I usually do this with cream of mushroom soup cause rice+mushrooms=life.

How I usually make it: throw whatever vegetables I've got into a pan. Stir-fry them until I run out of patience. Add an egg. Mix that and a little soy sauce into the rice. Think 'maybe I should actually learn to cook'. Never learn to cook. And then make fried rice with the leftovers.

We make it pretty often. My favorite way of late is just to use rice instead of burrito wrappers or tacos, just throw all the regular toppings into a bowl of rice, mix it all up and go to town. It doesn't look pretty, but it sure does taste good.
We also do a pretty good stir fry, finally got our sauce recipe dialed in. Mirin makes a big difference, and so do higher quality soy sauces and a nice seasoned rice vinegar in the sauce. Throw together some tofu, veggies and sauce over our rice and it's a yummy meal.

i could never pick one favorite, but you know what i've really been wanting lately? kinoko gohan. its rice cooked in dashi stock/soy sauce/mirin and mixed with mushrooms. we also add carrot and bamboo shoots to it when we make it at home. god it's so good
