Any emotion
For me, that first note of “Any Other World” by MIKA, already has sobbing
The whole Life in Cartoon Motion album does tbh
It just fills me a mix of happiness and sadness

Oof, there are so many songs that just make me weep on the spot. Two big ones would probably be "Reset (Thank You)" from Okami and "The Battle for Everyone's Souls" from Peronsa 3. Reset is just such a nice song all together and it plays right before the final boss fight in Okami. Okami is one of my all-time favorite games and Reset will always make me cry just from the nostalgia from it.
Persona 3's ending made me w e e p don't get me wrong I loved the game but the death of a certain character hit me hard (it was probably a critical hit ngl) and considering The Battle for Everyone's Souls is the final boss fight theme it was the song that I ended up associating with the ending.
I just like my video game soundtracks [emoji=spiral happy size=1]

Any song from the game Journey, but
Apotheosis (as obvious a choice as it is) always gets me.

Chicago by Sufjan Stevens makes me feel something between intense sadness and pure joy. I don't even know how that works.

For me, I can't listen to Loise Armstrong singing What a Wonderful World without getting teary. Somewhere over the Rainbow, especially the cover sung by Israel Kamakawiwo'Ole is another is another that does the same thing.

any time i hear Johnny Cash's cover of 'We'll meet again,' i tear up. it makes me think of my dad who passed away 10 years ago now. it makes me feel like maybe someday i will meet him again, somehow.

Stand by me. Final Fantasy XV played that song at the end, and the end made me bawl, so whenever I hear Stand by me, I get overly emotional and want to cry.
There's also Linkin Parks Iridescent. It makes me happily cry, one; because it is such a darn good song, but two; it made me realize I had depression, and get help for it. And now I'm in a pretty good place. :>

Ruth B's Lost Boy
aaand pretty much any song that was in a death scene for a character I cared about,
like The Calling's Wherever You Will Go
or Track and Field's cover of Running Up That Hill.

I get really emotional when watching anime, specifically when a character dies and instrumental music starts playing and in a few seconds, I would be crying my heart out XD
