I woke up this afternoon feeling really tired and stiff from family festivities and a week long nightly Hobbit/LoTRs marathon, but it's been the first time in a while I actually felt good emotionally. Idk, maybe I'm alone in this, but 2020 is starting out with a good vibe for me.

You're not alone. I improved a lot in 2019 and am quite a bit more confident in myself than ever, really. Plus I feel pretty good emotionally.

Oof, that's rough. Part of the reason I was feeling down recently was because I was having a lot of relationship struggles, but I haven't had to worry about that in the past week. I'm sorry you're not doing so well, I hope you figure stuff out soon.

I felt that too! I ended 2019 with a few good things that happened and 2020 is a big year for me. Graduating from High School, getting a license and hopefully later a job.

I'm... cautiously optimistic about 2020. 2019 was terrible in so many ways, but towards the end, things started to look up, and now I'm ready to make the changes to my life that I really need.
My husband and I nevertheless sanctified 2020 with a fire ritual on the beach this evening.

mixed feelings. 2019 was a mixture of good highlights and a few lowlights, but nothing as bad as 2018 was. the actual final ending to the year was ehh, though 2019 was good overall. not sure how 2020 will be, i do have to look forward to a good 10/12 months of hardcore studying leading up to graduation, which is fun.
