On a serious note, I enjoy a good duduk or bone flute, or really honestly just about anything. I really like string and percussion instruments though.

To play, I'd probably say the piano trombone. There's just something about it that just appeals to me...
To listen to, an oboe or a cello in the hands of a skilled musician sounds heavenly to me.
