do you have any associations between two totally different and really specific things for whatever reason?

some of mine are:
-the smell of dawn dish soap with clean bones, as i use that to degrease animal bones
-chopped up and microwaved hotdogs with the game Chrono Trigger, cause back in highschool i was watching an on-going let's play of CT every day after school, and would heat me up some chopped up hotdogs to eat while watching the latest video
-the smell of caress brand bar soap with my grandma's house and just, like, nostalgic childhood memories in general

When I was younger I used to associate getting the hiccups with Clifford the Big Red Dog. I have no clue why.

sometimes i listen to music from one game and somehow my brain decides to associate it with an entirely unrelated game and it may take a while to shake it off.. most of the time its because i was listening to it at the time when i was reading on the other game on a wiki or somethin
example. highway showdown from mario 3d world kinda makes me think of club penguin? i dont actually even know how that happened its def not the wiki thing

sometimes i'll have a song stuck in my head or be listening to that song when i see some random landmark and my brain is like k this specific location is now strongly associated with this song :D

example: this lil garden area with some funky trees i pass by on the bus ride to school reminds me of solgaleo and lunala's battle theme from pokemon

i associate the kahoot theme with my 5th grade history class. i have no idea why specifically that class, that year, but i hear the kahoot theme and just get ready for some good old history before realizing oh no this isnt history

my family used to fly across the country every summer to visit my grandma. she doesn't live in the same house anymore and i haven't seen her for a very long time . however, one time we visited (at least 10 years ago), she asked me to fetch some house cleaner from her basement and then said to sniff it because it was lavender-scented.. i did not - at all - but now lavender = grandma's old house forever in my mind

I associate the name Michael with 42,000.
I know why I do this now but it's rather complicated.

I mean, it's no secret that smell memories come from the positioning of the olfactory center of the brain near the hippocampus. So, we all have smell memories of some sort. One of my modern smell memories is isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol. It's something I don't smell often, and when I do, I'm reminded of doing my rat research in college. After testing them, we had to wipe off the equipment with isopropyl alcohol, and the two are linked for me.
