for me its the gravity falls intro, adventure time's, and steven universe's. those are all amazing, and bring back waves of nostalgia too

Freakazoid! One of my all-time favourites as a kid! I even set the theme as a my ringtone a few days ago.
The Trap Door I never got to see this as it aired, I was born several years after, but my mum had recorded a number of videos on an old video tape. I think I wore the actual tape out, I watched it that many times.
The Mask Animated Series What? I liked it.
The Addams Family (Animated) One of the most iconic themes in existence.

Here's a few that come to mind!
Gravity Falls: catchy, and the whole thing speaks volumes on the characters and how there's things that you won't realize are relevant until later: which is a HUGE theme in the show!
DuckTales: BOTH versions. The original is the earworm of the golden era of cartoons. "Life is like a huuuuuriiiiiicane, here in, Duck-burg.."
Batman the animated series: This literally sums up Batman entirely. Seriously, it doesn't need a title card! The color palette for this show is great too!
I'm not super big on anime, but:
One Punch Man: The animation is beautiful, and there's a lot of detail. This encapsulates how incredible Saitama is when he decides to be serious, yet also shows flecks of how goofy he is too! The theme's a real head banger! "THE HERO!!!"
Fullmetal Alchemist: Yes, I know Brotherhood is better by a longshot, but for some reason this particular opening and "Ready Steady Go" keeps coming back to me when I think of the series. The opening's fittingly energetic feeling with the theme for the most part, but otherwise it's fairly memorable.
Naruto Shippuden: "Distance" just... sums up Naruto's predicament and stubbornness pretty dang well. Also apparently hearing "YOU ARE MY FRIEND, OHHH-" won't leave me alone when it comes to the show. The opening's pretty cool, even if I kinda twitch when I overthink a certain bit.

Kimetsu no Yaiba (aka: Demon Slayer) The song and animation is amazimg~!
Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood I love all the openings from Brotherhood, so this one is the first opening.
One Punch Man This is the best opening ever! It gets you so hype!
Haikyuu!! Opening 5 This song/animation is awesome!
