I keep my cell on the bedside table and set an alarm! Specifically, I have it play "Let My Love Open The Door" by Pete Townsend to wake me up and I feel like my day is better for having started it with upbeat music. [emoji=music note size=1][emoji=music notes size=1]

JCSitches I wake up and then I sometimes wait like 5-10 minutes before getting up. Then Bye Bye Lena Problem starts playing in my head.

/Insert Final Fantasy battle music/
I don't know why, but it sure gets me up and ready real quick.

Set my alarm to an incredibly annoying vocaloid song that I can't stand so I get up and can't go back to sleep because it's replaying in my mind.

I set an alarm about an hour before I really have to get up, because it takes me that long to be able to get up! [emoji=banescale laughing size=2]

@MomentForgot Aww sometimes I wait a few minutes too. By hitting the Snooze button. A few times.
@Amura Does it trigger that heart pounding rush type of thing like when you're actually playing a game? Is that stressful or....?
@Ossium Torturous but effective. [emoji=eliminate size=1]
@Broadwaypaisano Smart! I do that too. I have to get to work by 7:45AM but set mine to 5:30AM to give myself some extra time (just in case).

I start work in the afternoon, so I don't need an alarm. I usually get up between 10 and 11 a.m. Roll over and check my phone; if it's earlier than usual, I just go back to sleep.
On those days I do need to get up early, though, I set an alarm and ask my parents to check on me if I haven't popped up by a certain time. I've slept through alarms before, but having a parent prod me awake always works.

I don't even set an alarm. Usually my mom wakes me up, or on weekends, my hunger.

I have to constantly change my alarms, otherwise I get used to them and just sleep through them.. [emoji=spiral sleepy size=1] I usually have two or three set to go off, because on normal days I don't have to be ready until 6AM. If I wake up to the 4:30 alarm feeling fine, great! If I don't, well, I can take a 30 minute nap before I really have to wake up lol.

You guys wake up in the morning?
Joke aside, on days where I can't sleep in I set my alarm (the tone of which is the Metal Gear Solid codec ringing noise) to the time I need to wake up, plug it into my charger, and set it on my bedside table. I listen to birdsong and rain/waves while I sleep too, so I have that playing on my phone for me to fall asleep to.
On days where I can sleep in, my parrot usually wakes me up! She makes sure to let me know when she's awake and wanting attention NOW. A kind of natural alarm clock.
