Tvd means Vampire Diaries, which is a TV series. I haven't watched it myself, since I'm not really into Romances or Vampires, but my friend literally worships this show. You should give it a shot.

I have two ideas, but neither are quite like what you're probably looking for? Carmilla's a really good webseries on YouTube with lesbian vampires, and I'd highly recommend it. As for webcomics, there's a pair of married vampires in Leif and Thorn (at least one of which is trans), but they're minor characters and also antagonists. It's still a really cute queer comic, though, and the author also has a vampire AU with the main characters. Sorry I don't have anything closer.
