I wanted to see if there was any interest in Dragalia Lost on these forums. I've tried this before, when the game first came out, but it didn't last long. So hopefully now that it's been a year or so more people are aware of it! This is a place for any Dragalia Lost discussion, but I'll post some questions to get started... I'm so glad it's in the Event Compendium. And the Accursed Archives, of course, for the same reasons. But my favorite event is probably both Fire Emblem crossovers! Kindred Ties was a great add-on to the already great Lost Heroes event, and it was awesome having both of them at the same time!

Today in Dragalia Lost, a new event started! Nadine and Linnea's United Front is a single-player event featuring new adventurers Nadine and Linnea. This event is focused on fighting against large groups of enemies! It features a new shapeshift-only battle mode, in which you play as your dragon through the whole quest. I can't wait to see lesser-played dragons such as Fatalis be used now because of that! also Linnea cute tho... "New shapeshift only mode" WHAT

I tend to play Dragalia off and on and every time I start slipping off they introduce something that brings me back on. Well, guess it's dragon battles this time! Sounds exciting!

Anyway my favorite characters are the Eldritch trio (Heinwald, Curran, and Lathna) as well as Naveed and Botan.

Hm, favorite dragons... In gameplay some of my MVPs are Gilgamesh, Shinobi, Cerberus, and most recently Mars. From a story perspective I love Phantom, Zodiark, and Jupiter.

Favorite boss is Chronos Nyx need I say more? Ok but I also really like the Alphonse and Veronica fights in the first Fire Emblem crossover event.

Favorite events were the Fire Emblem crossover events and Accursed Archives. I don't think that's much of a shocker.

After playing some of the event I thought I'd share some dragon recommends for the All-Out Assault quests, or the shapeshift-only missions. I haven't gotten to the 4-player variant yet so I might come back and edit with some more for that.

Keep in mind that all dragons are welcome for these events, and the ones I'm listing are simply the ones that helped me a lot due to wide attacks and other things.

For the Shadow oriented missions:

- Barbatos was a free dragon from the Scars of the Syndicate event. He is one of my top choices because he was able to be fully unbound from the event, adding to his strength. Even without the unbind he's going to be useful, because his standard attack is a powerful circular sweep that hits everything around him. His special attack is a stronger attack forwards, useful for taking down the bosses. He also has a Str buff which helps anyway.

- Parallel Zodiark is a free dragon from the Fractured Futures event, he also has the benefit of free unbind. His standard attack is a forward swipe and his special attack is a long forward attack. He also offers a Str buff and a Crit damage buff.

- Phantom was a free dragon from the Kindness and Captivity event. He was also able to be fully unbound for free through the event. His standard attack is a wide sweep in front of him and his special attack is a wide circular sweep that inflicts Blindness.

- Nylarthotep is a summonable dragon with a wide sweep attack when the combo count is higher than 3. This is an easy feat, and you'll be attacking a lot anyway. Its special attack is a long tackle forwards; the dragon itself will slam into its opponent.

- Fatalis offers a powerful Str buff, but he was only obtainable in the Monster Hunter crossover event and probably won't come back.

For the Fire oriented missions:

- Cerberus is a summonable dragon with a front sweep standard attack and a special attack that targets a foe and inflicts Burn. Her animations are slow, but the attacks are still powerful. She also has a Str buff which is nice.

- Agni is another summonable dragon with front sweep standard attack and a three strike special attack. His animations can also be slow but once again his strength makes up for it.

- Arctos is another summonable dragon with a standard swipe forward as the normal attack, but don't underestimate him! His special move Dragon Drop can stun, which is SUPER helpful against the Wind foes he's super-effective against.

- Gala Mars has a stunning Str buff as well as powerful special attack. He is only obtainable on Gala banners, however.

Other mentions:

- Tiki from the Fire Emblem: Kindred Ties Part 2 banner has a special Divine Dragon form in which she has two special attacks rather than one. She makes this a breeze, even without the elemental advantage.

- Mega Man is a free adventurer from the Mega Man crossover event, his shapeshift is also special. Instead of shapeshifting, he summons Rush. His attack changes to a triple shot, and gains a charged shot special attack. He is Fire type so you could use him there if you have him.

Ey more DL people!

1. Vixel! Sorry Hildegard, handsome conductor man is the only light healer I’ll ever use. I’m also quite fond of Odetta and Louise but I’m fairly neutral on the rest of the cast in general. I like playing Gala Mym as a unit though.
2. Can’t really say I have a favorite dragon. Phoenix is always a great emergency heal even off-element though.
3. I mean Chronos Nyx kinda takes the cake but I enjoy a good run of expert Ciella too.
4. As much as I love FE I actually enjoyed the MH crossover event more!

Today in Dragalia Lost, the Trick or Treasure event has come back! This was one of the first ever special events in Dragalia. It's all Halloween themed, from the character alts to the bosses and rewards! Don a costume and fight fiends to get your candy back in this challenge battle event! You will get the Sweet Retreat building for your Halidom by participating, and leveling it up will give stat boosts to Light adventurers. Don't forget to upgrade it! Along with this, the Halloween Fantasia 2 banner has come back. This features Halloween Mym, Halloween Maritimus, Halloween Lowen, and Halloween Odetta. Personally, I would not summon here and save my wyrmite for another time. However, if you do want to summon, H!Lowen is a solid healer and if you get him you're in for a treat! Other than that... - A new teaser trailer for Chapter 14 has come out!!! Watch it! - A new water-aligned Chimera boss is coming to Void Battles. - There will be a large game update soon allowing for more Team slots!

Today in Dragalia Lost, a new facility event is now live! In Rhythmic Resolutions, join a pair of Hinomotan performers as they dance in a summer festival! This is a Flame-atuned event, so be sure to prepare your Flame adventurers! I'm excited to learn more about Hinomotan culture and the lady on the cover looks cute... Today in Dragalia Lost, a new defensive battle event is now live! In Summertime Saviors, defend the beach from the encroaching Empire army! This event is similar to Nadine and Linnea's United Front, but instead of dragon battles this time the Defensive Battles from the Fire Emblem events are back! I'm excited to play these again, because I really like this battle mode! Another exciting part of this event is the new story! Just like in United Front, you'll earn items to further unlock the story as you play. So keep adventuring and read on! This event features new adventurer alts Summer Patia and Summer Mikoto. If a new wyrmprint is any hint, we may also get a Summer Maritimus too! Which I would love to see. I really like Mikoto's Adventurer story so I'm excited to see him get more development! Also Patia's cute as always. I haven't been able to play, for it now takes too much space up on my iPad, but my favorite dragons were Epimetheus, Mars, Simurgh, Hastur, Lindworm, Gilgamesh, Phantom, Nylarlathotep, Brunhilda, Mercury, Zodiark, and Cthonius. So many good mythological references in that game.
