I just finished reading my summer reading book; These Witches Don't burn by Isabel Sterling and I am in love! I am not a book person by any means. I usually get burnt out reading books and feel as If Im just forcing myself to read. However this book didn't make me feel any of that. I wanted to read more, I wanted to turn the page and follow the adventure of the queer protagonist Hannah. I am also buying the sequel because yes.
I just love this book so much mainly because I haven't read enough books featuring lgbtq+ representation. As a member of the community I was able to connect to the book and understand the feelings of many of the characters.
Shoutout to Isabel Sterling she is now my favorite author (xD)

But when they revealed Morgan to be a blood witch I just lost my crap lol
I was so shook, and I cried when it was at that point where hannah thought she was going to die and when she imagined a happier life.
This book is just so amazing and moving Im at a loss for words!

Yeah, I mean you could use like a fireproof blanket, but that doesn't really make someone not flammable, it's just putting out a fire that was already there. Now I'm wondering if one could set a fireproof blanket on fire. It'd be hilariously ironic. You could also be underwater, but then you have thermite, which can actually burn underwater, stuff's crazy. We're talking upwards of 2500 °C. What I'm trying to say is, that when you say X is not flammable or doesn't burn, there's probably a way to burn it, jut have to apply enough heat and or materials.
