I was wondering which fables/fairytales everyone likes as I need it for a project!

It's always interesting reading your replies! <3

My personal favorite fairy tale is The Twelve Dancing Princesses, but my preferences have changed a lot since I've grown up.

I suppose I like the settings and the conflict between the princesses and the soldier, which I guess continues to resonate with me. =)

Anyhow, it's a wonderful tale! Thank you so much for your response, it helps me a lot! <3

Not a traditional fairytale but, growing up I had this book: (Not my photo) It was a collection of several of Shirley Barber's stories, and her illustrations are absolutely gorgeous My favourite one was called The Seventh Unicorn I found the illustrations in that one especially mesmerizing, and the idea of a whole other world in mirror is very intriguing

That one story where Loki ties a goat to his privates is always a laugh.

One I really liked when I was a kid, although it is rather short, is "The Coal, The Straw, and The Bean".

I dunno, I guess I found it cute and silly. It was in one of our many, many fairy tale collection books that I had when I was younger.

Hey, friendly reminder to drink water, stretch, and take a short break if you can. Stay healthy! Also, don't forget about any chores or tasks you might be putting off.
HEck yea! Fables and fairytales (sounds like a game).

-"Prince Lindworm" Dragons? Yes. Friendly witch? Yes. Deep philosophical questions about irresponsibility and the inherent meaning of the monstrous? YES! This story has everything I love, fun little "headcanons" (Trans rights, Lindworm!) and I just really really love dragons.

-"The Tongue-Cut Sparrow" So this is probably a lesser-known one, alongside the Prince. I got this specific one form my grandmother, and I guess I like anthropomorphic birds, morbidity, and tongue trauma. Cute little birds in the book I read it from. I loved the illustrations for it!

-Literally anything with dragons. Yep.

-Literally any mythology that has ever existed. Also Yep.
