hjelp OK SO i had my birthday yesterday and me and my friend have the same birthdays! Ofc, in these times, we cant gather, so we used technology to stay safe and be connected. We all have a minecraft server (which is SUPER COOL i stream it on twitch sometimes) and he's on it. The plan is to build him a sort of village on there, but we dont know where to build it/what to put in it. The town is looking towards being more modern-themed, and we're gonna have at least 4 people to help (including me) but we also all have school today so time is oofed [size=5][b]So i need suggestions.[/b] 1) Where to we build the village in relation to the spawn map? [img]https://i.imgur.com/FcSZlhj.png[/img] (we cant remove anything AT spawn, like any existing buildings) 2) What do I put in the village? Any sort of special buildings that could be useful? We plan on putting a quote wall because he is incredibly funny! 3) Is there any other ideas you guys have? jdasdjdsj im not good at planning these things [/size] Thank you homies <3 ilu all have a great day

1. think it should be out on the ocean perhaps one of the corners?
maybe it could be hidden underwater? i think it'd be a cool surprize as you couldn't see it fully until underwater,maybe have a track or tunnel leading to it airtight water houses are pretty cool and there's tons of tutorials also what platform do you play on?

2.Maybe a museum of sorts
i once built a town and stuck a statue of a funny looking critter i made out of heads and blocks (if you're on creative) end rods make great horns,you can put leaves on its head so it has an afro,glass can make drool,fences can make for good long skinny legs
a museum full of silly creatures sounds like a good idea imao

3.Not great with planning but rainbow roller coasters are fun
ones that go through coloured loops,fall through rainbow spirals and go underwater and through the mouth of a dragon or a man eating worm are super rad i love to build stuff like that you might too idk
maybe add a roller coaster that's all i can say its midnight and im beat

We play on minecraft java in hard mode survival (we are all pretty good players and are pretty stacked and have enough recouses to obtain most things. We have a plugin which will allow us to get heads! I really love your idea! A museum would be really cool, and the world doesnt have a roller coaster yet! Tysm im totally going to do that

Perhaps you could make it a modern beach town on one of the northeastern islands? That would be neat. You could add boardwalks and slab docks with boats, and decorations like flags and palm trees. Wish I had more ideas but rustic aesthetics are more of my expertise lol

I think building a race track would be fun since you guys could play it together! I’ve seen some pretty neat ones use boats on ice blocks to create a surface you can slide around on. There are a lot of videos on them online to get ideas from! Maybe you could even theme it on something he likes.

@rainchime Whoa! Boardwalks are such a cool idea! Yeah, hes into dystopian stuff, I think a race track would be so funny and cool! I might combine that with the rollercoaster idea to make like a world tour/racetrack! :O

@0bsidian Because he’s into dystopian stuff, what if the track was apocalypse themed? You could have part of the track go underground or in a dark place! If you’re playing on Survival, you could try to lure some zombies or skeletons down there to hang out in the sidelines. You could safely separate them from the track with iron bars maybe(I don’t think skeleton arrows go through those but you might want to double check). And aboveground, you could surround it with ruined buildings. Inside the buildings you could place some netherrack and light it to make them look like they’re on fire! I’ve only seen people build racetracks that go up and down with redstone and pistons, but I’m sure you’ll be able to figure it out with some tutorials and tinkering!
