What's your opinion on daylight savings time? Is it unnecessary or do you think it's beneficial? I personally think it's a horrible idea. It messes up with my schedule and increases my coffee addiction lol, at least when the clock goes forward. I also read today that it increases heart attack rates!

Absolutely unecessary. Slightly harmful, even, as some studies prove.
For years, my country's politicians have had discussion on removing it, and so far nothing has been done. Please, for once, do something. You know it has been known for a long time that is has more negative than positive impact, so why hold on to this tradition?

Getting that extra hour is always nice. Losing it again isn't so nice. It just messes with my already extremely fragile sleep schedule, and it always takes a while to get used to. It'd be nice if we just stuck to one instead.

In my province we don't have Daylight's Saving time anymore. Frankly, we never needed it anyway. It's incredibly annoying adjusting sleeping schedules that have been in effect for months.

Definitely unnecessary, but since I don't really have a schedule it doesn't bother me that much. It's a special day I can look forward to and changing all the clocks in the house is a nice experience, so in a selfish way I'm glad it still exists although I really wonder why.
Since we're on FR here, any time my time changes is alright but I always miss FR time changes, so my energy often ends up under 80% during the first days after the change.
