Okay can we talk about the title of the next book in the series?
Book 14, The Dangerous Gift
I can't get the cover art to post but it's a picture of Queen Snowfall
Now, considering how it says 'Gift' in the title and the fact that there's an Icewing on the cover, there's a strong possibility that it's referring to the gifts Icewing Animus' give to their tribe. Could there be another Icewing animus that emerged? Or have they somehow 'fixed' animus magic?

Oh my gosh I've been thinking the same thing!!! Or, since her mother died from an animus magic attack, maybe she's banning it? Or maybe both, like, she falls in love with one but she's already forbidden their existence?!!! Sorry I'm a WoF conspiracy theorist,.
