Like,,, I have no idea how to say this-
In a nutshell, my problem with myself is this:
Person: So, what gender do you have?
Me: No gender with a tiny bit of female on the side!
so yeah, I'm gonna put this bluntly. I don't really feel comfy with having a secure gender, but I still know I identify as female, but just barely. Like, I don't want to have a gender, and I'm totally comfortable with not having one, however I still feel obligated to identify as female.
Thoughts?

The cool thing about being nonbinary is that each nonbinary person is unique.
You don’t have to dress a certain way or anything. There seems to be a stigma that if you dress more masculine or feminine that you are male or female. But nah, no rules to clothes, obviously. Also know that you don’t have to justify yourself to anyone.
I know I’m like pointlessly advising but its just a couple things I’ve picked up.
I personally just use they/them pronouns because I am absolutely uncomfortable being referred to as female and male is just wrong because?? I’m not a boy, duh.

hey op! I feel this a lot. I play around w/ my gender identity because of it. I also found that most of my stress gender wise, was about others perceptions- I think I once described it as "to myself, my friends, and other lesbians, I am a woman, to everyone else: amorphous blob". I frequently wish that I could appear as like, say, Geralt of Rivia to most people, and as myself to only my inner most trusted circle. I have many suspicions as to why- general distrust of strangers, huge fear of men, and frankly, being told I don't belong with other girls. I don't wear make up, or bras, I don't shave- I wouldn't describe myself as butch or a tomboy, but I often find myself alienated from most of the girls my age. I think that social alienation, a lot of dysphoria, and fear of men (and specifically, of being a target of misogyny), has kind of culminated into this for me.
I don't know if I have much to say thats like, how to feel better or how to identify. I cannot, nor do I wish to transition, and I cannot bind for health reasons, which has resulted in me having to do a bit of sink or swim self love. Its... difficult, but worth it. In the end though, I just recommend finding "your" people- people to look up to, people with your type of body and style, people with similar gender feelings and even women who you feel kinship with. Its comforting to know you aren't alone, and that theres a place for you, yanno? A lot of people seek to exclude others, and its easy to take that to heart, but you just have to dig your heels in a little bit.
sorry if this made no sense, I am super tired lol

Non-binary is a umbrella term and can be used to describe a lot of genders. The main thing is being outside the gender norms. It’s really up to you what you wanna do. If you feel like it describes you then you can also go by Demi girl.
