Yo, this is just a relatability check :)
I always look to flight rising as my safe space for online discussion, because this is the only website where nobody has ever cursed at me, denied my health issues or scammed me, etc. Everyone on here are the nicest people you could meet. So in a way I'd like to say thank you. But also, anybody else??
Anybody else noticed this is the best place ever to be on the internet? It's the only place I'll run things like my art shop, because nobody is unkind to me! It's the greatest.
P.S. All situations are under control, just some mean u tube comments XD

Yes!! The FR community is surprisingly nice, just things like people running dom shops with no required fee is awesome, because it really shows how people love to help others out, without only looking for profit! I also do agree that it is a safespace to talk about things, I'm much more open on here about my gender identity and sexuality then any other site! Everyone's so kind, and if someone disagrees, you usually end up with a friendly discussion, which is awesome compared to the nasty arguments I'm faced with elsewhere!

fr is the only place i really feel safe from any creeps tbh. i still get a little anxious sometimes but i tell myself i can screenshot any creepy messages and they'll be dealt with quickly lol
everyone is also so quick to gift you what you need if you make a post about it too! really good for newbies :D

Here, like CS, is protected by the one thing social media sites can never have: restrictions on what you’re allowed to say and do. Sure, many places pretend to have rules like that, but... well we all know what does in fact happen.

oh fr is the absolute best when it comes to community! ive had my bad experiences on cs and many other sites cuz i was a dumb kid... but here? no bad experiences, only friendly individuals and (even better!) dragons!! take it from someone who's been here for about 4 years.
seriously. ive even preached it to my partner and convinced them to join. its great here and ill uphold that belief!!

I have a few unfortunate encounters with people on here tbh. But the majority of the people are nice.

FR is hands down the least toxic community I've come across, but there are a handful of topics that really set people off, and I swear some people go on the Suggestions Forum just to find stuff to argue about. Overall, though, people here are really nice and supportive.

I've had a few unfortunate interactions on here, though so far no one I've ever interacted with has blocked me from disagreements (which is the opposite compared to the time I spent on tumblr before I left that site). I'm pleased to see that people in general on here are very well behaved and extremely accepting of things like medical issues and such.
I've seen more than a few mean youtube comments in the past, I hope you'll get over that eventually, must've been hard encountering them.
