used to have snails for my bettas tank, they where adorable!! I no longer keep fish, and thus no snails either, but I'd love to get some again at some point.

i have a black devil spike snail in my 55g aquarium!!! i love her :-) i want more rabbit snails eventually (I also have trumpet snails, bladders and ramshorns, but those are pests so they dont rlly count)

More than I would like, to be perfectly honest. But since I cannot release them outside, and killing them, which to my disgust is apparently a normal thing for many snails owners, is absolutely not an option for me, I will have to keep feeding these little freaks until someone will be kind enough to want to adopt them. And no, that person will probably never come. Guess I should have done a better job finding their eggs. With pet snails, every day is Easter.
So anyways, I have Helix pomatia, Cepaea nemoralis, Pleurodonte isabella and Caracolus excellens. They live here in several tanks, together with different types of woodlice : Porcellio scaber, Oniscus asellus and Armadillidium maculatum.

Love my aquarium, I've got two, a big seventy-five-gallon community tank and a smaller one with two angels.
The snail bit, eeehhh, I had an old big snail in my tank named Fred, and he was really cool, but on some of our plats some tiny little black snails hitched a ride and absolutely exploded in population, now they flare up really bad if the fish are overfed and are so so annoying.

Yes yes yes! Sadly my depression is too bad to have fish right now, but I used to have lots of snails and shrimp and multiple female bettas that loved each other. People always say you can't have two, but you can have a "sorority" of gals! So I saved 4 gals from those horrible cups and they had a great life.
