i just threw a pork roast in! smothered in a rub of herbs de provence, garlic, onion, red pepper flakes, etc. brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes cubed and ready to start roasting in a half hour or so. i'm hungry, it smells so good already :(

We're probably not gonna have anything special tonight, so I'll just share what I wish we were having for dinner. Ever heard of fiesta chicken? It's a mix of chicken breast, assorted beans, salsa, and corn cooked in a crockpot for several hours. The house smells like heaven all day while it cooks, and when it's finally done cooking you add a couple blocks of cream cheese... oh great now I'm hungry
