Somehow I managed to learn less than two days,first two hours were just me
trying to glide around the room(successfully)Then I went to bed.
Day two,I learned how to turn and brake.
I still need to learn how to brake a bit,and once my brake fell off in the middle of the road(yay!Jk)

Tell me about your roller skating experience!
I want to roller skate so bad but they're expensive, so I had to get those roller skating things that you attach to your shoes instead and they are incredibly hard to use because they are clunky and heavy. When I did try it out I had to be on a gated blacktop and when I fell I couldn't get back up without taking the skate things off.
I've only ever gone ice skating, and I like it a lot because it's nice and cold in the room and when you fall it doesn't hurt because it's smooth ice. So like, even if you bruised yourself, you're already on ice. It's also a lot easier to get up on skates since they don't have wheels that can roll around everywhere.
But that's something I have on my list to do eventually; go to a roller skating rink. I know that there's one 7 minutes or so from my house but every time I pass by it the parking lot is almost empty so I never know if they're open or not and I'm not brave enough to just walk in there and ask if they're open or how much it costs to skate there.

Roller skating is so fun! I'm not the best at it but I try to get out and do it a few times a year, but with the pandemic I haven't really done it lately. My road is uneven and full of potholes so I have to go to a park to skate. I've always wanted to go to a roller rink but the one near me shut down a few years ago :(

Me and my friend group go roller-skating at a rink every other Friday night! I'm still a bit shaky, not the best at breaking yet. I think i'm just afraid to fall lol. But it's super fun. We all dress up and carry around pride flags, sometimes switch between playing card games and skating. It's a fun time.

I do inline skating! I haven't done as much this year because of weather and, uh, illness. And now we're at the humid summer days, so I may have to wait until fall.
There aren't any skating rinks here anymore, so all my skating has to be outside.

Stopping on skates is a skill you have to learn, yes
I do inline skating! I haven't done as much this year because of weather and, uh, illness. And now we're at the humid summer days, so I may have to wait until fall.
