We all have our rough days. Also, most often our phone is somewhere near us. So, what kind of game would you play on it to deal with stress and distract yourself a little? Maybe this is also the same game that you haven't turned off notifications from?
Share mobile games that help you cope with stress and it is possible that you will help someone else as well.

Personally, Solitaire Farm helps me a lot.
I really like to play different solitaire games. In this game, there are four types of solitaire at once - klondike, spider, pyramid and free cell. Solving solitaire games, we gradually earn coins and develop our farm, opening more and more new buildings. The ongoing development of the farm even has a storyline of sorts. We don't have to do anything with the farm itself - it's rather a decorative filling of the game, which perfectly complements it - this is no longer a simple aimless solitaire game, but still just a solitaire game.
In addition, the game hosts events for various holidays or seasons. In these events, we can unlock a set of backgrounds and maps, as well as a new look for our buildings on the farm.
This is one of the few games that stayed on my phone for a long time. It is also the ONLY game on my phone that I have not turned off notifications. Nice gameplay and beautiful graphics. Best mobile solitaire game in my opinion.

Tap! Dig! My Museum and Dino Quest 2 are both cute little games about digging up bones of prehistoric animals and filling a museum with them. Both are somewhat similar in gameplay, but do feature their differences. I recommend checking them both out to see which you like better (or you're like me and you like both).
Fun fact, while the accuracy of the animal skeleton designs varies in My Museum, they updated their spinosaurus a while ago to feature a broad fin-like tail. That's a neat detail I think.
I also recently found a game called Old Friends Dog Game. It's about having a sactuary for elderly dogs. Each of the dogs has their own unique story, and they're actually based on real dogs. It's cute.

Zaccaria Pinball. It's really easy to just zone out in especially the more classic tables. These are slightly older on the scale of things, so there's no stress and not many special modes (there are additional remake tables with those though). You can even customize the room you play them in and the lighting/weather on the table.
Almost all of the Picross apps are also pretty chill.
EDIT: Oh yeah, I forgot about Project Highrise! You can set this to where you can just watch the people go and you make improvements to the building for them as you do whatever you want. It's SimTower but better.

The first game outwardly reminded me of a disco zoo, which I used to play a lot and with which I have very nostalgic feelings. I noticed this game in the play market, I'll take a look at it at my leisure, thanks!

Yes, I call it nonograms more often! I adore them. I have two nonogram games installed on my phone - Nonogram.com and Nonogram color. They are almost the same and made by the same developer.

Atti Land, definitely. it's really just a pixel-art color-by-number game, but it's just so charming. it actually has a bit of a story, although i haven't gotten that far into it, it's a game for the long run.
the ads can be a bit annoying, but i haven't found any over 5 seconds, and they're only between pages, not while you're actually playing. all of the art is beautiful and nature-themed, plus they have super small and super big pieces for what you want to work on!
the most stressful thing about it is the little vibrate you'll get whenever you hit a wrong pixel, but i'm 80% sure that can be turned off. i haven't yet as i find it useful, but i think i saw the setting for it somewhere.

If you like mobile coloring by numbers, then I can also recommend you a game called Polygon. In it you need to paint pictures, divided into polygons. It has several options for relaxing background sounds, a really huge number of coloring pages and a minimum of advertising. Also on various holidays you can get a bonus event coloring!

Yes, definitely! With Alto's Adventure I also have very nostalgic memories. I remember playing it all night when I found it...
I took the Odyssey Alto release a little hard due to the fact that I was already too attached to the first game, but the Odyssey is incredible. In my opinion, she lacked what was in the first part - chasing llamas, which filled the game with some kind of background plot and gave the main character a goal. But I see a lot of progress in the Odyssey - so many different mechanics, different biomes... I'm still crazy about that ship that sank in the sands.

green the planet! it's a cute game where you help an alien fill barren planets with life by shooting meteors with your laser-cannon, collecting the meteor material stuffs, and converting them to energy. it has very nice sounds, too.
