TOPIC | Weird Habits You Have?
1 2 3
Let's face it: We all have weird habits. What are some of yours? One of my weird habits is whenever my family and I head to a hardware store like Lowe's or Home Depot, I head over to the paint section and put out of place paint swatches back into their correct places.

For me, every day is World Kindness Day. b59f9d9c-60d2-11eb-95e1-814ec59a413c.gifa663c882-026b-11eb-9626-db1f1f278684.gif
Lol, that's nice of you! If I went to Lowes/Home Depot more often I probably would too - I remember as a kid I would just stand in front of them and look at them a lot.

My weird habit though is I avoid eating the last corner of a sandwich if the bread is square. I've done it since childhood and I always just leave the last bite. I realized recently though that I could try eating the corners first and then eat inwards, but I haven't tried that yet.

at dinner, I always turn my plate so that the side the meat is on is the side that is the furthest away from me. I find it impossible to cut the meat otherwise.

if the bread of my sandwich is more toasted on one side than it is on the other, I always eat the more toasted side first and save the soft side for later.

we use old towels as bathmats, we have a small pile of old towels that we keep only for that purpose. whenever I go shower, I always toss the bathmat towel that is on the floor in the laundry and replace it with a fresh bathmat towel, no matter how recently it was replaced, I absolutely must have a clean one.

I can't draw without some kind of music or video playing in the background. speedruns and podcasts are my best friends.

The only one I can think of that isn’t blatantly linked with a certain mental illness is eating food in order. Like, I have to eat one type at a time. The thought of mixing and matching has always and probably will always offend me. I eat the side dish / appetizer / what have you first then the sandwich or whatever. I hope that made sense

I've always had an odd habit of sticking out my tongue while I'm really focused on something. Whether it be video games or drawing, I always catch myself doing it. Don't know where I picked it up from.

I have a box with little mementos of places, people and events that took place in my past. These are very random objects, like a broken wrist watch, a single domino piece, a sleigh bell, a very tiny branch, etc. Every single object has a whole story behind it (some go more than a decade back!) and I treasure them because of that.

I started doing this when I was around six years old, and never stopped. I'm afraid someone will find it one day and throw it away thinking it's all trash lol.
