Hi there! My friend, sourfox (ID #12632), realized with the password resets that she no longer had access to the email account linked to her FR account. She's contacted staff using the Contact Us form, but I just wanted to know if there are any steps she should be taking now or if this has happened to anyone else and been resolved? Thanks!

It appears that a few other users have changed their emails they had used for FR too, and most have done as your friend has by using the Contact Us form. For now, that is what we would suggest, and hopefully she will regain access to her account through that report. :)

The admins were flooded with lots of reports about email access, so it may take a little while longer! They are working hard to get through them all though. :) It should hopefully be soon.

I do hope so. 7 friends of mine are locked out because of this same reason and worried about their dragons. Some of them spent a lot of money on this site and don't want to consider it a huge waste.
