KanaNami, you can switch Flights through your Account Settings! Simply click the arrow by your username in the upper-right corner of the page (above your Clan Energy Bar) to get to your settings. Once there, you'll see an option for Flight changes at the bottom of your settings list. :)
Just to note, you only have one free Flight change - any further changes will cost you 1,500 gems each time. And once you've switched Flights, there is a six month cooldown period before you will be able to switch again.
