I wanted to level up one of my dragons for exalt, but ever since I went into the coliseum yesterday, I can't seem to gain any experience? I've tried with my normal line up of dragons and with the last dragon switched out for the exalt.
I can still get loot, and fight as normal, but the experience stays firmly at 0. Did I completely miss an update with the Coli about how it works?

Witchling! I've moved your thread to the Help Center as this is not a bug. If you have a dragon on your team that is more than 3 levels above the venue level, you don't earn experience.

Witchling The reason you are not gaining experience is beacuse you are in Training grounds with two level 13 dragons. The amount of xp you gain from an arena varies depending on the level of your
highest level dragons.
The amount of xp shown goes to all of your dragons i.e. if you get 270xp, each of your dragons will get 270xp. So your level four will not get any xp despite being level four, thanks to your level thirteens, as they no longer get xp from training grounds.
If I were you I'd go to sandswept delta. Forgotten cave will give you more xp but its a tough arena and sandswept delta drops some good loot which you can sell.
