You can. I think it's meat first, then any seafood available.
Meaning you first have to run out of meat points, before they'll eat seafood points.

Yes you can. Dragons can eat whatever is listed in their profile that they can eat, they just have a preference. Most dragons actually have a preference for seafood, like Imperials and pearlcatchers, I think.
