The gem purchase page says 'instantaneously' but is that really the case? Is there usually a lag in this process? Paypal tells me the transaction is completed through my card but I have no gems.
Knowing why that might be would really help allay that I did not just waste $20. Thank you.

The devs here are really great and will get you what you need.
I heard it can take some time, but for me personally, it was instant, so I dunno.
It doesn't hurt to contact them.

Some accounts have holds on them. If you use the contact us link at the bottom of every forum page and explain what happened, the devs will be able to look into it and tell you what's going on with the transaction and help get you sorted out.
