Vials of Scatter sight not dropping in the coliseum. I have been grinding for over an hour and haven't gotten a single one. Are they super rare? Is there a way to increase the chance to get them if they are? Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance!!

They're not really rare, you're probably just unlucky.

I think this is a recurring problem for a few people, I'm going to contact the team to see if it's a bug. It's been happening for me too, and it won't show up in Baldwin's brew.

@Maxolotl it's a level 1 brew, so it should be there. have you tried clearing your cache/checking on another device?

It took a lot of refreshing, but eventually it showed up. Thanks for the tip, but why isn't it showing up in the coliseum?

I checked baldwin and he does have the recipe for me at least, I'll try coli on a different browser and see if I have any different luck, and maybe a different device after that

@Maxolotl to put it shortly, RNG. to be a bit more in-depth, the more enemies you can take out per minute, the greater the opportunity there is for something to drop.
checking your lair, i see that you don't have a team of Lv 25s to make this easier, and your highest-level dragons have around equal stats, which is not good. the Coliseum is not friendly to balanced builds; you really need to restat them with a Tincture of Dissolution if you want them to be effective. Eliminates would also be useful, but they're very expensive if you don't already have them.
in essence, you need high-STR, low-VIT "glass cannon" physical builds to farm Coliseum effectively. if you don't mind hunting/saving up for at least one Eliminate, you can use the Culex guide. if you don't want to go after Eliminate, you can try the Sedona build (slower, but still effective enough).
however unfortunately you're going to be more limited without Lv 25s to steamroll everything quickly. you might be able to rent some from your flight, so i suggest looking around your flight forums and see what you can dig up.
@Kataracts you may actually find this info ^ useful as well since it seems you're in much the same boat.
