You can see what dragons you've exalted in the past fourteen days. It's the same place you can restore your progenitors: go to Support at the button of any page on FR and then click "Self-Service".

You can also get your progenitors back at any time (possibly with a minimum wait time since the last time you brought them back? Not sure.)
Either way, if you exalted your progens two weeks ago, two years ago, or fifteen times in the last 6 months, you'll always be able to get them back again.
Also, people won't know you've replied unless you ping them with @ and their username!
