Hey, so, my friends @wSmoky and @CherryTheCuteCat are forum-shy, so they asked me to investigate a mystery for them:

How do people create forum and signature banners for hatcheries?

They're working on starting a hatchery together, and would like some banners made to make it pretty and advertise across FR, but none of us have any clue how. Does anyone have any advice/guides for how and where to create banners?

People usually use a program like GIMP (free), Paint Tool Sai, Photoshop, or something similar (I know there's Pixlr, which is free and online) to mesh pictures together, add text, and effects.
