I have several dragons ready to breed but it won't show them in wither gender. Whats going on?

2) there's only one reason I can think of... are the dragons in your Hibernal Den, by any chance? Dragons that are hibernating cannot be bred.

glancing at your lair it seems you are looking at siblings. dragons within 5 generations of each other cannot be bred.

Most of them are traded from someone else, or bought. Only the brown and tan ones are related

your first two dragons should be able to breed with anyone other then their children since they are first generations
darksong and the dragon to the right of him are able to breed with each other, but seem to have 3 of their kids in your lair (at the bottom)
the crystal/facet skydancer and ridgeback are also able to breed, but they also have 3 kids in your lair
the next 2 dragons should be able to breed with anyone in your lair
the 2 gaolers can only breed with each other (it’s just how ancient breeds work)
the next 2 are your progen’s kids, but should be able to breed with anyone else
the next 3 seem to be kids of some dragons in your hibernal den but should be able to breed with anyone else in your main lair (except each other)
the next one should be able to breed with just about everyone in your lair
the rest are on cooldown and as mentioned earlier, are siblings
