Hi! I've had this glitch for a little while ago (May, in fact) and I just realized it may actually be a problem. My activity ledger for the auction house has been stuck on the same auction since may. It's only in one section (profits) and it shows the results of an auction on May 23rd 2019 instead of any current auction results. Usually this was not an issue, as i could collect my profits with no problems. But today, when I sold three dragons it has refused to allow me to to collect the profits. it pops up with the error message "An error occurred while submitting your request. Please try again later." Do any of you know a possible solution to this? I would really like to collect my gems :(

As potential quick fix, try clearing your cache and cookies! (Latter shouldn't make a difference, but good to clear out all possible options).

The shortcut for chrome is Shift-Ctrl-Del, if that helps.

If it's happening multiple times and manually clearing your cache works it's likely an extension/add-on that is causing the issue.

Try turning off all your extensions/add-ons and opening up an incognito tab to see if the problem persists. If it goes away you can go back to a normal tab and re-enable each one individually until you find whatever one is causing the problem.

Extensions that are designed to reduce data use, save anything, speed-up downloads, search or alter the appearance of sites are the likeliest to be guilty here.

I only have two extensions/add-ons and only one of them was on and added only last week. Turning that one off did not solve the problem, but opening everything in an incognito tab did work though

In that case you may need to update your version of Chrome. Something is interfering with your browser getting an updated web page when you visit FR.

Since it's likely to be technical you're better off getting advice from tech-oriented sites or Chrome's support.

Otherwise, incognito is an easy enough workaround.
