So is something wrong with the website? I’m trying to buy some gems and the thing is saying somethings going wrong or that apparently the address where I live is not a thing. Also I have the PayPal app and it’s saying on the website that I don’t have a card connected to my account which I actually do. It’s really pissing me off can anyone help? And now it’s saying my card isn’t accepted.

I'd check with PayPal - FR doesn't get to see anything about your address or card etc, so the error is probably coming from PayPal rather than FR
