Does the scroll revise the effects of the scroll of eternal youth?

I bought a dragon with the eternal youth thinking that you could still breed them as i had seen a few with offspring, i also bought another scroll for the dragon i was to pair it with and without realising put it onto the dragon.

I want to breed this dragon but i want to know if i can reverse the effects with this scroll before buying it to find it wont work.

Yes, scroll of maturity works on any non-adult dragon, including eternally youthful.
