items disappeared from hoard | Help Center

Hi guys! I'm not sure if this has happened to anyone else, so I thought I'd ask here before taking it to the bug forum.

I got a notification that the auctions of some food items had expired. I decided to press 'clear' on them, so I could go to my hoard and throw them in the vault for a while. The thing is that they weren't in the hoard. I checked the vault. Not there either. Checked my current listings to see if I had mistakenly relisted them. They're not there either.

They weren't converted, since I clicked from the auction house directly to the hoard. I already waited a while to see if there was a delay, but nope. Any idea what might be going on?

1. Are you sure they’re not still in the ‘expired’ section of your AH?
2. Try clearing your cache and reloading your hoard and vault pages.
3. Are you entirely positive that none of that food sold?

Hi, thanks for replying!

1. Expired section is empty.
2. Followed your suggestion, nothing changed.
3. According to the Recent History tab, the last thing I sold (of any type, not just food) was on the 24th of this month.
