I have notice when I was searching through the familiars that some of them were missing. Some of the examples are the Hedgehog, the Beetles, Nephrite Chameleon, and a few others. I am not sure if this is an user mistake or if it is an issue with the game.

@ShadowedFye Are you sure you were looking at Familiars (under the Items menu) and not Monsters? Monsters only shows familiars that appear as Coliseum enemies.

Are you looking for them in the Items section or the Monsters section? None of those familiars appear in the Coliseum, so they wouldn't be in the Monsters section. I checked the Items section and they're all showing up just fine.
