Hi, I had a pair of frigid fugitive shackles at some time and while i don't know exactly when, they seem to have vanished from my hoard. i've checked my hoard and vault numerous times, my auction house history, and cleared my cache.

if there's nothing you can do i (reluctantly) understand but i am quite certain that i did not give them away via message or cr

This is a matter for a support ticket or the bugs forum, not the Help forum! I'd recommend a ticket, personally, as bugs tends to be for things other than missing items, etc.!
