Pretty sure it's against the rules to sell in-game items for irl currency (though someone else has to confirm that, not gonna lie I didn't read through all the rules when I first joined). I do believe though that you can sell art of dragons (commissions, adoptable, etc.) for real money.

The only thing that you can sell for money/USD is art.

Items, dragons, etc., cannot be sold for real money. They can be sold for items/currency on other sites that allow cross-site trading.

Real money transactions (selling FR items/dragons/gems/etc for real life money) are against the rules!

its not illegal in the sense that it goes against real life laws, but i think that there is indeed a site rule that you may not sell items (dragons too, maybe?) from the game for real life currency. adoptables and art is fine though, and i think you can trade items for currency in other games like CS since ive seen that happen a lot in the sales threads.

Real life currency is only acceptable for a) art and b) very limited real life merch. I think you can make up to 5 RL items and sell them for cash based on FR, but no more.

You can trade items for currencies from other games, if the other game also allows off-site trading. I've seen Chickensmoothie and Wajas on the Items for sale forum before, but for more than that you might want to send in a support ticket.

Otherwise, Flight Rising items can only be traded for other Flight Rising items. If you're caught 'illegally' trading, you are at serious risk for a ban.

As another user said, you can sell skins you create for real world currency, but that’s just about the only item you can buy from a user with real world currency.

Art is okay to sell for real money, and some physical items are. There’s a limit on how many physical items you can make but I believe customized items like a small plushie of somebody’s dragon aren’t included in that limit, if I’m not mistaken you could sell many of those. I believe it’s more for things like t shirts that you could make many of and they aren’t personalized.

It’s not against any real world laws (that I know of) to sell in game items for real money, but it could get you banned. Selling unofficial merch would be a copyright issue though.

site rules highly illegal real world not so much. You can pay with gems and those you buy with irl money but that's as close as it can go.

@Tzuyu Hello! As other players have said, selling site items for IRL money would be a serious violation of Flight Rising's Terms of Use and could result in the closure of any involved accounts.
