I literally have NO ABSOLUTE IDEA how to make a skin??/ I think I'm just dumb or something but I have no idea what it said on the custom skin. The skins on the market are EXTREMELY expensive. 10+ diamonds or either 20k+ treasures. I can't even afford any. The skins look bad anyways. Well actually I don't know what I need help on anymore.

custom skins are much more expensive then most of the ones you can get on the auction house, so unless you manage to win the festival skin/accent contests then expect to pay at least 500g each for an accent, since even the 10 pack of accent blueprints ends up being roughly that much per copy and the smaller packs aren’t much better
if you need money, you can buy gems or go to the fairgrounds for treasure. most of the cheaper skins and accents can be afforded within a day or two of maxing fairgrounds
edit since I didn’t actually talk about the process at all
to actually make a custom one, you need to go to the download PSDs section of the custom skins page, download the base you want, unzip the files (since there’s 2-3 in each download) and send one of them to your art program of choice. from there, you can do what you want (within the rules) to the base and when you’re done with it you can buy a blueprint for it and upload it to the submission page
