So like am I just dumb are can u actually not give a free naming to a just hatched dragon/ a dragon who's never recieved a first naming anymore? Cuz like, ive been pondering thia for a while and had a friend that spent practically 70k on scroll of renamings. Defiantly not something I'd want to do.

Dragons with "Unnamed" as their name should definitely be nameable for free. They should have what looks to be a little piece of paper next to their name in the lair view, or their ID number in their profile view, or their name in the list of Organize Party in the Coliseum.
I think it is possible to use a scroll of renaming, but yeah that'd be a waste. It's a scroll of renaming after all.

You can't actually name a dragon Unnamed, it's in the list of banned names that the game won't let you apply. So if it's Unnamed, and not Unarmed or Unamed or any other way to get around the ban, it's nameable for free.
