...When You change flight?
I previously was in Plague flight but I changed it into fire. So far, I never had any primals in this flight, though I had one in previous.
Idk if it's just my unluck or You can't have primals when changing flight >.>

help??

you should still be able to get primals after you changed flights. they're just extremely rare so i wish you the best of luck in getting one

Yup, primals are just incredibly rare. I've bred dozens and dozens of pairs but had nada.
