I was grinding in the coil for a bit the first to get some levels done on one of my NW in training to get him to 20 I hit 19 and then ended up dying a few rounds after that. His level then went back down to where it was before. I didn’t notice at first and just went to grind in bamboo falls to try and get NOTN stuff after went through my items, seeing my chests and all that and went to update my leveling order to see his level had not changed. Help please is this a glitch?

Are you sure he hit level 19 and not level 18? I've had times where I've sworn that the level has increased, but I've been looking at the number on the right (what the dragon's working to) rather than the number on the left.

Otherwise, that does sound like a glitch and if you're particularly worried I'd recommend sending in a support ticket.

I’ve had that happen to me as well, it’s so heartbreaking too. So close yet so far. But I saw the levels switch to 19 on the left and 20 on the right and it had the level up icon thing. Maybe I misread it but I’ll send a help ticket in and see what’ll happen. Thank you!

If 19 was on the left, then your dragon leveled up to 19.
Your current level is always on the left, and the next level is always on the right of the XP bar.

I've gotten confused a few times with that while grinding fodder, and thought I hit Lv7 faster than the last batch. It is disappointing when I realize my mistake.
