Familiars are random drops. You just need to get lucky!
You can post images using the image tag:
[code][img]DIRECT IMAGE URL[/img][/code]
The "direct image URL" is the link that leads directly to an image on the Internet. This link ends in a file extension such as .png or .gif. You can get this link by right clicking on an image and choosing "Copy Image Address" (wording may vary between browsers).
