I would guess the apparel. We had the scene last year and will probably have the charm next year (as well as the scene) and the familiar people only really need one of....
Unfortunately since it can all be dropped from the spare crate, I don't think any of it will increase that much in value much after time.

Just a correction, only the scene will be returning. The charm will be retiring as usual.

I feel like the charms are going to end up quite popular so I’m choosing to set a handful of those aside. As for the big apparel; large fest apparel, especially ones from Light, usually sell pretty well afterwards so just get a bunch of those.
