Yes, the brew will complete and you'll get the token. The same goes for all limited-time recipes; once it's started brewing, you won't lose it after the event is over!

I always start a token brewing during the last hours of any given festival so I can max out my festival-related Baldwin's Brew endeavors. :)

@LadyRach79 That's a known bug where the timer on Baldwin's generates longer than it should. Refreshing the page should show the correct time.
