It's up to you! Think about what sort of change you're looking to make: new opportunities for lore? A new community? Changing your aesthetics for a little while?
The Ultimate Flight Guide is a good resource if you're looking to make a community shift because it has links to all of the flight Discord servers. All but Plague and somewhat Wind are open for OOF members, so feel free to join any servers of flights you're considering vacationing to.
If you're looking to make a change in lore or scenery, then the World Map can help you out. I would also browse around lairs in other flights to see how their profiles look, as whatever you choose, you'll be seeing for the next six months!
Many people make threads in Flight Rising Discussion asking people to convince them to move to their flight. I'm not sure how many people end up basing their decision on the outcome of that thread, but if you're still on the fence after narrowing down your options, that may be a good idea. Or if you don't want to post your own, you can search for existing threads and read the replies.
