As of yesterday, all of my dragons are suddenly defaulting to scenic mode, which is a huge pain when I go through all 90+ of them to do stuff... Is it something I did? Did the site change? Is it a bug?? Somebody please help this is incredibly annoying

Odds are good you clicked on something since nothing has changed.
Click the "customize" button on one of your dragon's page (between the Exalt and Feed buttons). Uncheck the "Default all profiles to Scenic Mode" option and then click the back arrow next to "Customize Dragon."
That should set the default back to non-scenic for your entire lair.
