- All my items will be separated from your items via vault
Gem to treasure ratio = 1:1200 (mixed payments allowed)- You can pay via items!
- You can either pay before or after I have started/completed your order.
- I do every stage below Crystal Pools (including Crystal Pools)
- After 48hours if you don't respond I will claim the items as mine
- You will receive every item unless you specifically tell me you don't want a certain item e.g. food
- During festival week - fest orders will take priority over normal orders

Regarding Festivals:
[*]Only a max of one slot at a time with a max of 300 battles
[*]The time limit will be dropped to 24 hours to accept items
[*]You can pre-claim a spot for the fest (max 3 people)
Mini-festivals do not count and will stay at the original grinding price
Discounts:
5% off for Plague & Fire
3% off for current dominance winner
10% off for users searching for only 1 or 2 items
5% off for new players within the last month (30 days)
(15% discount if it takes up to two weeks for your order to be completed)
Add the discount in the payment if you are eligible for one (discounts don't stack)
