i'm looking for a way to turn one of my lightning dragon's eye to lightning primal. i assume it's vial something or other but don't know what it's called exactly nor how/where to get it. if someone has one they're willing to trade or knows how or if a way even exists please let me know?

However, the chance to hit Primal eyes is incredibly low, less than 5%... so you'd need to be extremely lucky, or buy a ton of these things. I have one for sale right now, but I can't make any promises on what the results would be.
