I do not have King Quillrunner (which I have to remedy immediately), so I can definitely give you a ping if it drops while I'm grinding.

I do have the fish though! I'm willing to sell the 11 for 60 G. It is about a 10 G discount from the lowest price LAH for a stack of 10. I'll throw the 1 in for free to make 11.
