These are clan bound items so I would have to send my dragon to you, you would use the vial on him, then send my dragon back in a two-way CR or PA where I will add payment for its use. I would expect a near immediate return of the dragon, it is NOT for stud or any other use.
The most recent selling of one of these I have found is from 2 weeks ago https://www1.flightrising.com/forums/ibaz/2912655/1 where two were sold for 200g each so ideally I'd like to pay around that!
A vial that will change the eye type of one dragon to Goat. This item can only be used once and will disappear after it has been applied. Clanbound items cannot be sold or traded.
